President
Monica King serves as President of the Diagnostic Imaging and Monitoring Association (DIMA).
Monica is the Managing Director of Canon Medical Systems ANZ Pty Limited, responsible for strategic execution, growth and performance of Canon Medical’s imaging and healthcare solution business in Australia and New Zealand. Monica’s career has spanned the fields of Accounting, Finance, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain and General Management, in roles including Management and Financial Accountant, State Manager, NZ Country Manager, National Commercial Manager and General Manager.
A member of Canon Medical’s Executive team since 2012, Monica is passionate about facilitating people, process and technology connections that create value and enabling positive contributions to the healthcare industry for the benefit of providers and patients.
Monica holds formal qualifications of Bachelor of Business (Accounting), Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and Master of Business Administration.

Vice-President
Kensi Naicker serves as Vice President for the Diagnostic Imaging & Monitoring Association (DIMA).
Kensi is the General Manager for Hologic Australia & New Zealand. Kensi has over 25 years of Healthcare experience across a number of roles with multi-nationals. He brings deep experience in defining go to market sales and marketing strategies, including the creation of local partnerships with start-ups and complementary businesses to incorporate AI, software and other tools to existing products and/or capital equipment solutions.
Kensi holds a Bachelor of Science from Macquarie University & a Master of Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM).

Treasurer
Jennefer Ramos is the Head of Regulatory Affairs for Growth Region at Philips, with over 25 years of experience in quality and regulatory affairs within the health tech industry. Since joining Philips in 2012, she has held multiple senior leadership roles, driving safety, compliance, and innovation across a diverse portfolio of medical devices, software, and consumer products.
Jennefer is a passionate advocate for collaboration, regulatory harmonization, and industry transformation. She actively engages with regulatory authorities and industry associations across APAC, ISC, Japan, LATAM, META, and RCA, contributing to policy development and disruptive strategies that foster growth.
With expertise spanning global medical device regulations, audits, supplier management, and compliance, Jennefer has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver strategic objectives. Committed to improving lives through innovation, she combines her deep industry knowledge with a focus on building high-performing teams and fostering impactful partnerships.

Secretary
Leon Berkovich is the CEO of GE HealthCare for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
Known for his exceptional leadership and strategic vision, Leon has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare and financial service sectors. Leon’s career spans senior leadership, business growth and operational excellence. Leon is skilled in connecting deeply with stakeholders and has a keen focus on customer success.
Leon began his career journey with GE HealthCare as a Biomedical Engineer, before advancing through key roles, including Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operating Officer. He recently returned to GE HealthCare as Chief Commercial Officer for ANZ following a very successful tenure at Westpac Group, where he served as National Head of Health & Aged Care.
Leon holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Sydney and a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Business (AGSM). His business acumen, extensive experience and capability positions him as a trusted leader who is committed to advancing the future of healthcare.
